Congratulations to the BVHS Wrestling Team Coaches Presler and Outland on their efforts at the State Meet this past weekend in Watertown. The team finished 12th in a 32 team field. Individually Mason Bender was STATE CHAMPION at 170 pounds. Mason is our first individual state wrestling champion since 1997. Mason went undefeated throughout the entire season. Also placing at the State Meet for the Lynx were: Adam Presler, 5th at 126; Grant Dougherty, 8th at 145; Wyatt Winter, 6th at 152; and Andrew Sorensen, 7th at 195. Congratulations to the BVHS Girls’ Bowling Team on their efforts at the State Meet this past weekend in Sioux Falls. The team finished second! Team members include: Kelsey Nimick, Caitlin Hammond, Mariah Clark and Emily Steinhouse.
